Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York in the U.S.A. is an American actor who has a reputation for playing strong but vulnerable character. Linney was born into the theatre of her family, with her father Romulus Linney was a playwright. In 1986, she received her degree from Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at Arts Theatre School Moscow before finishing her studies at Juilliard School with a M.F.A. at New York City in 1990. She began to perform on Broadway as soon as she arrived, and was later awarded praise for her performances on Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) and Hedda Galer.
