
Harvey's professional career started as a comedian. in the 1980s, Harvey stood-up comics and also hosted Showtime at the Apollo as in addition to The Steve Harvey Show (The The WB). Following his appearance in his own show, the Kings of Comedy Tour, he was featured in The Original Kings of Comedy. The last time he performed stand-up was in the year 2012. Harvey has been the Family Feud host since 2010 and the Celebrity Family Feud host ever since. Steve Harvey has also hosted Little Big Shots, Little Big Shots Forever Young, and Steve Harvey's Funderdome. His books are his bestsellers Act Like a Lady and Think Like a Man. Steve Harvey Global was Harvey's entertainment business. It houses East 112 productions and different ventures. Harvey created an African version of Family Feud and also invested in the HDNet purchase alongside Anthem Sports and Entertainment. Together with his wife Marjorie have been the creators of The Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation an organization for non-profits that is focused on youth education. He's won seven daytime Emmy Awards and two Marconi Award winners, and fourteen NAACP Image Award Winners in different categories.
